Orders are shipped in as timely a manner as possible. In stock items typically ship 1-3 business days from the order date. 

Throws typically ship USPS for continental US orders.  Please contact info@heldinlove for international shipping prices.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the Post Office will deliver to the designated shipping location. A signature is not required.  

 US customers will receive an email with a tracking confirmation to track the shipment. Tracking information for international orders may be limited. 

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
All of our products are covered by insurance from time of shipping to arrival on your doorstep. Once delivered, USPS will not honor insurance coverage. 

For international orders please contact us at info@heldinlove.com unless shipping to Canada. We do not collect tax for Canadian shipments so be prepared to pay duty upon receipt. 

We do not guarantee that all products described will be available at all times. However, we do our best to provide the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will email you in the event that a product’s availability date changes. 

Recipient won’t receive their gift in time? We are here to help!
We provide printable cards we can send via email to let your loved one know they will be receiving a gift. Please email info@heldinlove.com to request.

Please know that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We value you and your business and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order which is determined by the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number.

 Returns are refunded for store credit. All returns must be in new, unlaundered condition, including the HELD IN LOVE gift box or bag they were packaged in.

If products are damaged during shipping please contact us via the contact form or email us at info@heldinlove.com so we can make it right. 

There are no returns for international shipments and gift cards.

We maintain the right to limit quantities of products purchased by you and to revise, suspend, or terminate a sale, event, or promotion at any time, and without notice. This includes order items that have previously been placed.
