It’s the small, seemingly inconsequential habits, and actions that color the rhythm of our days that over time forms the foundation in which we live our lives.

These shifts are intended to point us towards and move us to our most authentic selves.

The way it works is simple. At the beginning of each month an email is sent detailing the shift for the month. Then, each day we gently and consistently integrate the new habit into our lives.
It’s nice to know you aren’t alone in this and will be a part of a collective community who are applying the same action into their lives each day.
It’s amazing to see how simple shifts can make such a huge difference in our lives as we look back after 6 months to a year.
